 Suzuki GSR250
2012–2017
I have tried to tell the Suzuki GSR 250 model history on this page as I know it.
I would be grateful of any contributions sales brochures, magazine ads,
magazine articles, pictures, specs, facts, corrections etc. Please scan the material
in JPEG format (large enough that all the details are visible) and send
them to me. Please tell me the source and the publication date if possible.
If you send me pictures of your own bike, please follow these
instructions. |

A pre-production version of the new 250cc Suzuki as it was shown in Tokyo Motor Show in Decmeber 2011. The bike was made in China, where it was called GW250. In Japan, the model was called GSR250. |
Except for the engine, the GSR250 inherited much from its larger siblings, GSR400 and GSR600. At glance, the bikes may look alike, the main difference being the exhaust system that is not drawn under the seat in this cheper model. Also, the wheels are noticeably different.
This page is still under construction. There will be more material here soon. Have patience. |
