I have tried to tell the DR-Z 70 model history on this page as I know it. This page is still under construction. 2008 Suzuki year code: K8

An easy and fun choice for children to learn the fundamentals of riding. The compact 67cc SOHC single-cylinder engine is tuned to produce responsive, easy-to-control low rpm power.  The three-speed transmission has an automatic clutch for easy operation and a neutral-only starting system to prevent starting in gear. The adjustable throttle limiter allows supervising adult to adjust throttle opening to suit the rider's ability. The 90mm drum brakes are similar to the RM60 and the bodywork, seat and fuel tank are styled similar to RM65 and RM100. Throttle limiter has a throttle limiter parents can set for inexperienced kids and control their progress. As for many other motocross bikes, Suzuki won't tell the effect and torque figures for the model. Please tell us if you know them! Color: Champion Yellow, Black.
