New Suzuki models for 1983, magazine
advert from Sweden (originally two pages). Click to enlarge.
This advert was published in Allt om MC, January 1983. It doesn't
show the full lineup but at least the new models on Swedish market;
GSX550E, GR650E, GSX750ES, TR125E (the replacement for the GP125),
CS125 scooter/city bike, GSX400T, XN85 Turbo and GSX400FW.
Note: the text said that the GSX400T was not available with alloy
wheels in Sweden, although the picture's bike did have cast alloy
wheels. |
1985 Suzuki full line brochure from Sweden (36 pages). Click to enlarge. The official '87 line brochure from the importer, KGK Suzuki AB. The catalog was kindly scanned and sent to me by Anders Nilsson, Sweden. These are not the largest scans on this site but you can read the text on most of the pages if you really want to. Notice that the 'special offer models' XN85 Turbo and GSX400F are old stock and not 1985-year's models. |
1987 Suzuki full line brochure from
Sweden (4 pages). Click to enlarge. The official '87 line
brochure from the importer, KGK Suzuki AB. According to them Sweden
was the only place outside Japan where the GSX-R400 was distributed. |
1988 Suzuki full line brochure from
Sweden (20 pages). Click
to enlarge. The official '88 line brochure from the importer,
KGK Suzuki AB. The biggest and most new models ever.
Note: the GSX-R400 is actually a '86 but sold in Sweden first
as a '87 and then as a '88. The GSX-R400 was totally redesigned
that year, and sold for the first time as GSX-R400 in Japan.
The model was called GSX-R earlier (without the 400 ending).
