Suzuki T10 ”Crusader”
19621967
| I have tried to tell the Suzuki T 10 model history on this page as I know it. I would be grateful of any contributions sales brochures, magazine ads,
magazine articles, pictures, specs, facts, corrections etc. Please scan the material
in JPEG format (large enough that all the details are visible) and send
them to me. Please tell me the source and the publication date if possible.
If you send me pictures of your own bike, please follow these
instructions. |

The Suzuki T10 Twin replaced the '60 Colleda 250 TA and '61 250 TB, both 250cc 2-stroke motorbikes. It featured an electric starter, hydraulic rear brake, 12 Volt electrical
system, turn signals, baggage rack, gear-driven primary, tank
fuel gauge and balanced engine.
The T10 twin appeared in 1962, sold under different names in different countries. In America it was called TC 250 El Camino at first, and later T10 Crusader. It was based on the Colleda TT, retaining the
capacity and four speeds, but adopting a better frame.
The T10 was replaced in 1965 with the T20 that had more power,
Posi Force lubrication system and a six-speed gearbox.
