1970 Suzuki GT 750 per-launch brochure from Japan (single page). Click to enlarge. I found this rare piece on the Japanese website spangss.com. Apparently it says "gathering domestic and foreign attention" on the leaflet. I believe that the catalog was produced by the end of 1970, after the Tokyo Motor Show (October–November 1970). There is no description of maximum output, maximum speed, or price yet. The image is a photograph, not a scan. I cleaned it in Photoshop to make it look better. |

1971 Suzuki year code: R

1971 Suzuki GT 750 brochure from Japan (4 pages). Click to enlarge. Here's a quite rare brochure showing the pre-launch model (the black and white pictures) and the production model (the color photo). No date , but it says that the GT750 was first shown at the 17th Annual Tokyo Motor Show less than a year ago so the brochure appears to be printed som time in late 1971. The dealer stamp in the back side of the brochure says Jllingen/Saar, that's in Germany, a small town near French border. Printed in Japan. |
