Updates on my site
January 2002

Here follows the list of the new or updated stuff on my site. I try to keep this page up to date and write here every update on My Suzuki Pages that might interest you.

January 2: There's two new bikes on the Visitors' Suzuki page, another GSX1400 and a RE5. Magnus Hallme from Stockholm, mailed me several photos of his RE5 and even a engine sketch - I made a separate page with that material. There's even a new ”problem” on the GSX1400 Troubleshooting page...

January 4:
I have updated the All Suzuki Models section with more Suzuki motorcycles and created a new discussion group for all you Suzuki fans out there! Please visit http://groups.yahoo.com/group/mysuzuki to find out more. It's very easy to join the group, just send a mail to mysuzuki-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. To leave the group, just send a mail to mysuzuki-unsubscribe@yahoogroups.com to unsubscribe.

January 9: Just a couple more motorcycles on the All Suzuki Models section, one Cavalcade picture (hope there will be more as I stared a new page for them), GSX1400 web adverts from Switzerland... Have I forgotten something?
I am still the only member on My Suzuki Discussion Group. Do you think it's a poor idea or have you just missed the whole thing? See the Guestbook page for more info or click the button below.

January 14:
The ice on the roads suddenly disappeared when the weather changed here in Sweden. I could take my GSX1400 on the first ride after winter. Read the story and see the pictures on the Stories page if you wish. I even placed some more links there. What else? There's a few more bikes on the All Suzuki Models section...

January 16: The server where most of my pictures (over 35 Mb, about 1100 photos) are located will be down from Sunday January 13th through Wednesday January 16th. Therefor you can't see all the pictures on my site. I can't do anything about it. It seem to be caused by system maintenance at my web space provider.

January 18: Half my site was gone for a couple of days but now it's all fixed. The server is still down (see January 16) and I haven't received any information of what really happened. I have uploaded all my pictures to other servers and changed the links from the pages so that my site should work all right now. It took me a lot of time for me to upload about 1500 pictures, I only have a 56k modem connection to the Internet... I apologize for any inconvenience. Please notify me if you find any broken images or links I might have missed.

January 29: A few more motorcycle brochures, accessed through (new) direct links to different Suzuki models on the All Suzuki Models page. There's also some new models on the 1980-2002 section. Couple of new links to other sites. A new search function, accessed easiest on the Vote For My Site page. There should be a link to that page on every page on this site. Please spare a moment for casting a vote for my site when you visit the page...

Sometimes I get mail from people who complain that their favorite model is not on my site. In many cases they haven't even bothered to look properly or used the search engine. But there are still some models missing. I'm doing my best and will fill in the gaps as fast as I can. This is not my profession; I'm doing this in my spare time. I could use some help to be able to get more things done. Please send me pictures, brochures and specs – or complete model histories... Anything at all that can make the site more complete. Here's more info of how you can contact me.

One more thing: PLEASE visit the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) pages before sending me questions about your bikes, manuals etc. I would love to help you all but I haven't got enough time or knowledge to do that — perhaps you can find an answer to your question on the FAQ pages? Here's the link: Frequently Asked Questions
