I have tried to tell the Suzuki Smash Fi model history on this page as I know it. The Suzuki Smash 115 has been around in Indonesia since 2010 but new colors and graphics keep it looking fresh. In 2017, the engine was updaged with fuel injection and new electric ingnition system.

In March 2017 Suzuki Smash was back in production in Indonesia, now with a fuel injected engine that passed the enviroment regulations of the day. Suzuki Smash was a undebone motorcycle that had been known to be agile, fast, tough, and economical for a long time. Suzuki had discontinued the model, but the market demanded it to be brought back into production. To meet the low-emission standards, the engine was redesigned. The new fuel-injected Smash Fi was carrying a 115cc LEaP Technology (Light, Efficient and Powerful) engine that has minimal friction and low noise levels, combined with fuel injection technology controlled by Suzuki's ECM (Electronic Control Module) which is proven to produce a fair amount of power but still consumes minimal fuel.  The 8.0 liter under-seat storage trunk was functional and helped the rider to carry things neatly and safely from the rain.  Safety Shutter Key feature hides the keyhole from criminals with magnetic closure.  The chassis and frame was made with strong materials and have been tested in the Suzuki Jelajah Negeri event, where the motorbike is driven across various areas and road contours for thousands of kilometers. The Suzuki Smash Fi was available with spoke wheels or with cast alloy wheels. Both model versions had a single brake disc at the front. The color options were both were Pearl Fresh Green / Brilliant White, Candy Summer Red / Titan Black and Titan Black.
