Jawa 250 magazine articles
My first motorcycle was a Jawa 250. I was still a young lad with no driver's license. I rode it in the woods and sometimes even on roads, when no police were around... Here's a magazine article of the same model that I had in the seventies.
Jawa
250, model 559, manufactured between 1962 and 1970, Performance: 14
hp at 4.400 rpm. Max. speed: 105 km/h. Weight: 128 kg. It's not
my bike, but my first bike back in the late 70's looked something
like that. It was a fun bike to drive around with in the woods
and places where there was no other traffic. I had no driver's
license.
1962 Jawa 250 Road Test magazine article from USA. (4 pages). Click to enlarge. Published in Cycle Wortld magazine in July 1962.
