Suzuki VL800 Intruder Volusia, presented as a 2001-year's model, is a beautiful heavy cruiser in true California spirit. A Limited edition model was available in the USA (beginning March/April 2003) with a special American Suzuki 40th Anniversary emblem mounted on the upper triple clamps, plus the following features: Pearl White color scheme with Gold pin-striping, White speedometer face with orange backlighting, rider and passenger seats trimmed with chrome studs, special ignition key fob and key chain. 2003 Volusia 800 colors: Pearl Novelty Black (33J), Pearl Frosty White/Metallic Galaxy Silver (KT9), White/Green

New features: Standard 4-way emergency flasher and and high beam passing switch, multi-reflector turn signals. Suzuki presented also a Limited Edition model with special paint scheme (Black flames), studded seats, White speedometer face and Limited Edition emblem.
