I have tried to tell the Suzuki GSX 250 FX model history on this page as I know it. The page is still under construction. Suzuki model year code: K2

This is a new interesting model for the 2002, presented for the Japanese home market in February 2002. The bike got a new four-cylinder water-cooled engine with 30° valve angles and 12,2:1 compression ratio. Together with the 30 mm carburettors and 4-1 exhaust system the engine can deliver 40 ps at 14.000 rpm, that would make 160 ps/ liter! The form of the double craddle frame is unique and reminds of the Suzuki racers aluminum box type frames, althought it's made of steel pipe. 2003 Suzuki year code: K3

The model seems to have remained unchaged for 2003. Suzuki use even the same picture on their Japanese website for the 2003-year's GSX20FX. Only the additional pictures here (shown even here, the ones with red background) are new.
