Comparison test against the Honda CB250N. Published in Bike
magazine in December 1980.
The reporter found both machines sporty, powerful (for such
small engines) and equal in many ways. He found the Honda a
bit larger and heavier, a bit more comfortable than the Suzuki,
that was quicker because its lower mass. The Suzuki had also
better brakes, especially at the front. It was difficult
to find a clear winner. It would have been the Honda if the
comfort and the retail price would decide (the GSX250 was more
expensive) and the Suzuki if the better brakes and the sportiness
would weigh more. The differencies were quite small.
