Suzuki GSX-R600 model history

I have put some Suzuki GSX-R 600 info on this page. The page is still under construction. I would be grateful of any contributions — sales brochures, magazine ads, magazine articles, pictures, specs, facts, corrections etc. Please scan the material in JPEG format (large enough that all the details are visible) and send them to me. Please tell me the source and the publication date if possible. If you send me pictures of your own bike, please follow these instructions.

I don't have much information of the early GSX-R600 models. Please help me by sending brochure and magazine article scans or any kind of information!

1992 Suzuki year code: N

The GSX-R600 was launched in 1992. The first model had the same body specifications as the 92' GSX-R 750W, it just had the 599cc engine. In other words, it wasn't as quick than its big brother. Not many bikes were produced, some were destroyed at race track, only few are been well kept by owners. The bikes in the pictures below are not 100% original; the first one has a tank bra (cover) mounted and the second bike has been modified in several ways. At least the handlebars and the exhaust system are not stock. Still looking for a studio photo.

New graphics. One of the few Suzukis I've ever seen with red wheels. The bike on the picture is 100% original California model, purchased new just minutes before the picture was taken.
