Here's more Suzuki RV90 model info.

1973 Suzuki RV90 VanVan
1980+ Suzuki FM50 Landie

Owner: Heidi and Laurent,
Paris, France

Comments: ”I have notice, that there's only one FM 50 on your site. This has to change as the FM 50 is a fantastic little bike which is sorely under-represented on the net...

The picture attached shows both of our bikes; Laurent's 1973 VanVan RV90 and Heidi's FM50 Landie. The bikes live and ride in Paris.

My FM 50 is missing its headlight and I am searching for one (any colour...) so if anyone has some helpful hints on this or would like to sell me one, they are welcome to write to me at neonheidi@herren-damen.de.

I do not know, in which year my FM 50 was built, but have found docs on the net saying the bike was produced between 1980 and 1989 and exported to Greece, Turkey and Cyprus. Very hard to find more info or parts.”

Owner: Danny Holmes,
Chicago, USA

Comments: ”Here's some pics of my baby, just reborn after sitting in my neigbours garage since 1979. Original tires even. It's got 4,000 miles on it and runs great.

It's about 5 degrees here in Chitown tonight, it seems my bike runs better in the thin arctic air...”

K5 '05 Smash Street Runner

2005 Suzuki Smash SR

Owner: Lorensius W. L. T
Bandung, West Java, Indonesia

Bike model: Suzuki Smash SR (Street Runner), 2005 (110 CC, SOHC, 4 stroke)

Comments: ”This is my first bike, I bought it in April 2005. I've done 7,800 km on it so far and use it every day for commuting.

It is a nice bike, it takes 60 km/litre of gasoline and it has 110 km/hour top speed. I plan to have another Suzuki sports bike - if I have much money :-).”

1998 Suzuki GSX-R1100

Owner: Gundolf Göken, 37,
Damme, near Osnabrück, Germany

Comments: ”Here are Pictures of my bike and mysel. My bike is a 1989 GSX-R1100 GV73C with circa 130,000 km with the original engine.

The design is home made by myself. The front brake discs have a wave design, they come from ABM.

I bought the bike five years ago from a friend for 1,250 euro.

I ride 15,000 km in a year and my Suzuki runs very well, I have lots of fun with it!”

'83 GSX750ES GSX 750 E ES

'86 GF 250 S GF-250 S

In some countries, among them Sweden, the GSX750E with a small bikini fairing was called GSX750ES. In those countries, the model without S in the model name would be the naked version.

Here's more Suzuki GSX750E info.

1983 Suzuki GSX750E
1986 Suzuki GF250S

Owner: Takeshi & Kaori Osada,
Chiba, Japan

Comments: ”The GSX750E was bought in 1993. I really love this Hans Muth design. It runs smooth and fast enough to me.

The biggest modification is transplanting front and rear wheel including forks, stem, handles, brakes, from other Suzuki models like GSF400, GSF1200, TL1000S. The rear shock is Öhlins type2. These I bought to be able to put on radial tires, and turn lightly at winding road. Also it has an exhaust pipe ordered specially from Outex. Sounds great! Fairings and fuel tank is original color for Japanese domestic model.

It has over 80,000 km on the meter but I will never stop riding this bike 'till there are no spare parts avaiable anymore.

The GF250S was bought in 1995. I believe the GF250 is only sold in Japan. It is a revisited model of the GS250FW.

My wife Kaori loves the sharpened nose and the original red color.

The stock exhaust pipe sounds so powerful that the bike is sometimes mistaken for a 400 or a 750! This bike is mostly original apart from the brake lines. It has 11,000 km on the meter.”

1997 Suzuki XF650 Freewind

Owner: Joe Witson,
Hagen, Germany

Comments: ”I have had my bike since 1999, I got her with 8,000 km on the meter. It has 111,000 km now and it's still going strong.

I have had one or two problems with her - or rather with the Suzuki bike shops, but on the whole she goes well,.

I don't rip the pants off her and I think that's why she is still going strong. I do around 15,000 km every year, mostly around where I live; on weekends and my days off.”
